Your doggie has to be friendly and not have aggressive instincts. Small dogs are separated into a very small group to ensure their comfort and safety. Our target is ensuring each one enjoys a positive experience in a suitable environment. 🐾

The minimum stay is three days in low season and seven days in high season.

In case you need a stay of less than seven days in high season, you can ask us for availability, with a daily surcharge.

 Luggage 🧳🐶:

•Food package for the entire stay with its bowls.

•Bed (Winter) or towel (Summer).

•Leash and collar.

•Passport and/or vaccination record with internal deworming updated.

❗The canine tracheobronchitis vaccine (named kennel cough) is required as it is a typical cold that is very contagious for doggies. It is an intranasal injectable treatment (ask your veterinarian).

•Covered by collar (Seresto) and/or flea & tick pipette/pill.

To ensure the tranquility of the dogs housed and our organization dedicated to them, check-in and check-out are from Monday to Friday.

Morning hours from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or in the evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

❗Saturdays/Sundays and bank holidays we don't attend entrances or departures.

⚠️Please take note that if you do check-in or check-out in the evening, the full day will be charged.

For everydog's well-being and comfort, we care for puppies from 11 months old, when they have already left behind their intense stage of nibling everything and their immunity is more developed 😊.

For seniors, we care for them up to 10 years old, due to the change that living in a pack entails and the risks it can pose to their well-being.🐕‍🦺

We understand that entrusting your dog with care isn't an easy decision. To manage our time and resources efficiently, we offer visits Monday through Friday mornings, with a maximum duration of half an hour and a fee of €10. If you end up booking with us, this amount will be deducted from the final price. 

Please, we ask do not attempt to visit if you do not have a reservation date scheduled soon 🙏🏼

We know how important your furry friend(s) are to you, and we understand that you want to share all their wonderful qualities. However, to optimize our time with the doggies and ensure efficient service, we handle all inquiries exclusively through the contact form on our website. This way, we can respond in an organized manner without interruptions.

Because we have a small facility with no rooms for separation, we do not work with breeds included on the PPP list or with those with strong muscles and a powerful jaw. We also do not accept dogs with aggressive, territorial, and/or anxious behaviors that could put in risk the balance of our pack or our rest.

If your dog requires veterinary care, any costs will be borne by the owner. If it's a daytime emergency, we'll go to our trusted veterinarian. And if the emergency occurs after midnight, we'll turn to Urvet Veterinarios, a service specializing in 24-hour care. The owner will be informed of each step, but the decision to go to the vet will be ours, as the reaction time is crucial for the health of the doggies.

After passing our questionaire we always recommend to do a trial day. It is bringing your doggie in on a weekday, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) and picking it up in the afternoon (6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). The cost for that day is €20 and we'll check if it feels comfortable and adapt to our place and pack
