"Their harmony is our absolute priority"

FAQ's

1. Do you separate by size? ?

All doggies must be 100% friendly and non-aggressive behaviour. Small-sized dogs are separated into a very small group to guarantee their comfort and safety. Our goal is for each one to enjoy a positive experience in a suitable environment. 🐾

2. What are your boarding fees?

Book your furry friend's next vacation now from €20 per day.

The minimum stay is three days in low season and seven days in high season (Summer and Christmas).

In case of needing a stay of less than seven days in high season, you can consult us for availability, with a daily surcharge.

ℹ️Ask us about the deposit and cancellation policy.

3. What do I need to bring for their stay?

Required luggage 🧳🐶:

• Food for the entire stay with their bowls.

• Bed (Winter) or towel (Summer).

• Leash and collar.

• Passport and/or vaccination record updated with up-to-date deworming.

❗ The canine tracheobronchitis vaccine (called kennel cough) is required as it is a typical cold very contagious for dogs; it is an injectable or intranasal treatment (ask your veterinarian).

• Covered by collar (Seresto) and/or pipette/pill for fleas and ticks.

4. What are your hours for arrivals and departures?

To guarantee the peace of the boarded dogs and our organization dedicated to them, check-ins and check-outs are from Monday to Friday.

Morning hours from 09:00h to 11:00h or afternoon from 18:00h to 19:30h.

❗Saturdays/Sundays and Holidays, no check-ins or check-outs are handled.

⚠️Please note that in case of either check-in or check-out during afternoon hours, the full day will be charged.

5. Do you have an age limit?

For the wellbeing and comfort of everyone, we care for dogs starting from 11 months, when they have already left behind their intense stage of chewing everything and their immunity is more developed. And in the case of seniors, up to a maximum of 10 years due to the change that living in a pack entails and the risk that this may pose to their wellbeing. 🐕‍🦺

6. Can I visit the place?

We understand that entrusting the care of your dog is not a simple decision. To manage our time and our resources efficiently, we offer visits from Monday to Friday in the morning with a maximum duration of half an hour and for a cost of €10. If you ultimately book with us, this amount will be deducted from the final price.

We ask that you do not request a visit if you do not have a booking date planned in the near future 🙏🏼

Important: During July, August, and Christmas, we do not conduct visits.

7. Why is there no direct contact number?

We know how important your furry friend(s) are to you and we understand that you want to tell us everything wonderful about them. However, to optimize our time with the boarded dogs and to be able to guarantee an efficient service, we manage all inquiries exclusively through the contact form on our website. This way, we can respond in an organized manner and without interruptions.

Thank you for your understanding! 🐾✨

8. Do you work with all breeds and sizes?

As we have a small facility with no possibility for separations, we do not work with breeds included in the PPP list nor with those with strong musculature and powerful jaws. We also do not accept dogs with aggressive, territorial and/or anxious behaviors that could alter the balance of our pack or our rest.

9. How do you handle it if my dog needs veterinary care during their stay?

In case your dog requires veterinary attention or cause another dog injurance, any expense will be assumed by the owner. If it were a daytime emergency, we would go to our trusted veterinarian. And if the emergency occurs at night after 00:00h, we turn to Urvet Veterinarios, a service specialized in 24h care. The owner will be informed of every step, but the decision to go to the veterinarian will be ours, as the reaction time is determining for the health of the dogs.

10. Can I do a trial day?

After completing our questionnaire, we always recommend a trial day. It consists of bringing your dog one day from Monday to Friday (from 9:00 to 11:00) and picking them up in the afternoon (from 18:00 to 19:30). The cost for that day is €20, and we will check if they adapt to our home and to being in a pack.
